兰英老师言传身教，善于把握教学契机，积极培养幼儿的价值观、社交与情绪管理技能。她还利用精心准备的生动可感的教具和学具，在游戏中与孩子们及时进行适切的讨论。

兰英老师重视对学习环境的规划，也因此强化了自身的教学特色。她精选丰富多样的天然材料、再生材料和结构松散材料，将其融入教学活动，有效激发了幼儿在游戏过程中的探索欲和求知欲。

Ms Zhang Lanying exhibits exemplary qualities in planning and implementing Chinese Language experiences for children. Through the effective use of music and movement, she draws children into language learning in a warm and natural manner, reflecting a sound understanding of how young children acquire language through joyful and socially interactive means.

Through her words and actions, Ms Zhang identifies teachable moments to nurture children’s development of values and social and emotional competencies. She prepares a range of vivid and tangible teaching aids and manipulatives to support timely and relevant discussions with children during play.

Ms Zhang’s thoughtful preparation of the learning environment further distinguishes her practice. She selects a good variety of natural and recycled materials alongside loose parts to invite curiosity and inquiry.
