杰出学前母语教师奖 (杰出奖)

亓小静老师是一位耐心且充满热忱的学前华文教师。她总是耐心地倾听幼儿的感受，尊重并回应每一个孩子的想法。

小静老师在组织华文活动时，特别注重紧密结合幼儿的生活经验，运用实物、图片、动作等降低学习的门槛，让每一位幼儿都能“听得懂、愿意说”，并逐渐爱上华文。她坚信，为幼儿提供真实情境、跟幼儿进行互动是学习华文的最佳方式。

小静老师善于设计丰富多彩的游戏。她巧妙运用神秘宝袋制造悬念，在音乐游戏中组织幼儿进行两两说和轮流说，并鼓励他们积极倾听，让幼儿在愉快的游戏氛围中开口说华语。

Ms Qi Xiaojing is a patient and passionate early childhood Chinese language educator. She always listens attentively to children's feelings and values every child's perspective.

In her teaching, she places special emphasis on connecting Chinese language learning with children's daily life experiences. Through the use of real objects, pictures, actions, she lowers the barriers to learning, enabling every child to understand and be willing to speak, thereby nurturing both competence and love for Chinese language. She firmly believes that authentic contexts and meaningful interaction are the best ways for children to learn Chinese.

Ms Qi is skilled at designing rich and varied games for children. She cleverly employs a mystery bag to create suspense and uses musical games to organise children speak in pairs and take turns to speak. She also encourages them to listen actively allowing children to speak Mandarin freely in a fun-filled environment.
