储亭老师相信，以幼儿的兴趣与发展需要为出发点，通过活泼有趣、富有创意的创作性戏剧游戏活动，可以让幼儿积极投入到体验角色、参与对话、探索情节发展的过程中。

储亭老师组织的游戏活动具有灵活性和开放性，她鼓励幼儿以多种方式表达自己的想法，重视在活动过程中和幼儿共建意义。她通过夸张的动作、表情、对话启发幼儿，让处于不同语言发展水平的幼儿都能积极地投入活动。

储亭老师尊重幼儿好玩、好模仿、好游戏的天性，让华文学习变得自然而生动，提升了幼儿对学华文、讲华语的兴趣和信心。

Ms Chu Ting believes that children’s interests and developmental needs should form the foundation of pre-school Chinese language learning. Through lively, engaging and creative activities such as drama, children are able to participate, explore and interact in enjoyable and meaningful ways.

The play-based activities she designs are flexible and open-ended. She encourages children to express their ideas through multiple forms of communication, while emphasising the co-construction of meaning throughout the learning process. She also incorporates a range of strategies, such as animated gestures, facial expressions and role-play dialogue to inspire children at different levels of language readiness to participate actively in the activities.

Ms Chu values the natural inclination of young children to play, imitate and engage in games. She makes learning Chinese natural and engaging, thereby boosting their interest and confidence in learning and speaking the language.
