திருவாட்டி சீதாலட்சுமி கல்வி அமைச்சின் பாடக்கலைத்திட்ட வரைவு, மேம்பாட்டுப் பிரிவின் தமிழ்மொழிப் பகுதியில் வழிகாட்டு சிறப்பாய்வாளராகப் பணியாற்றி வருகிறார். இவர் தொடக்கப்பள்ளிகளுக்கான 2015, 2024 பாடத்திட்டங்களையும் 2021 உயர்நிலைப் பாடத்திட்டத்தையும் அதன் தொடர்பான பயிற்றுவளங்களையும் வடிவமைக்கும் முன்னணி அதிகாரிகளுள் ஒருவராக இருக்கிறார். உலகத் தமிழாசிரியர் மாநாடுகளிலும் பிற தளங்களிலும் தமிழ்மொழிக் கல்வி தொடர்பாகவும் பயிற்றுவளங்கள் தொடர்பாகவும் பகிர்ந்துகொண்டுள்ளார். இவர் கல்வித்துறையில் 38 வருடக் கால அனுபவமிக்கவர். இவர் 27 ஆண்டுகள் தொடக்கப்பள்ளிகளிலும் உயர்நிலைப்பள்ளியிலும் தமிழாசிரியராகப் பணிபுரிந்துள்ளார்.

திருவாட்டி தமிழ்வாணி முத்து கல்வி அமைச்சில் மூத்த சிறப்பாய்வாளராகப் பணிபுரிகிறார். கடந்த 15 ஆண்டுகளாகத் தொடக்கப்பள்ளிகளுக்குரிய பாடநூல்கள், பயிற்சிநூல்கள், துணைவளங்கள் ஆகியவற்றைத் தயாரிக்கும் குழுவுக்குத் தலைவராகப் பொறுப்பேற்று வழிநடத்தி வருகிறார். கல்வித்துறையில் 38 வருடக் கால அனுபவமிக்கவர். 18 ஆண்டுகள் மூன்று தொடக்கப்பள்ளிகளில் ஆசிரியராகவும் பாடத் தலைவராகவும் பணியாற்றியுள்ளார். கற்றல் கற்பித்தல் குறித்த கருத்தரங்கு, உலக இணைய மாநாடு முதலியவற்றில் கட்டுரைகளைப் படைத்துள்ளார்.

திருமதி அருள்மதி இலெனின் சிங்கப்பூர்க் கல்வி அமைச்சில் மூத்த சிறப்பாய்வாளராகப் பணிபுரிகிறார். கல்வித்துறையில் 15 ஆண்டுகள் அனுபவமிக்கவர். உலகத் தமிழாசிரியர் மாநாட்டிலும் தமிழ் இணைய மாநாட்டிலும் கட்டுரைகள் படைத்துள்ளார். தமிழ் இலக்கண இலக்கியத்தில் ஈடுபாடுமிக்கவர்.

Mdm Seethalaksmy is a Lead Specialist at the Tamil Language Unit, Mother Tongue Languages Branch of the Curriculum Planning & Development Division 1 at the Ministry of Education, Singapore. Seethalaksmy was one of the lead officer in developing the 2015, 2024 TL Primary curriculum, 2021 Secondary Curriculum and its related teaching resources. She had the opportunities to present at the World Tamil Teacher’s Conferences on the Singapore’s Tamil Language Curriculum and conduct workshops at various platforms pertaining to the work she had been involved in the Tamil Language. She brings 38 years of experience in the education sector. She has 29 years of experiences teaching Tamil in both Secondary and Primary schools.

Mdm Tamilvani Muthu serves as a Senior Specialist at the Ministry of Education. For the past 15 years, she has been leading and guiding the team responsible for developing textbooks, workbooks, and supplementary resources for primary schools. She brings 38 years of experience in the education sector. She worked as a teacher and subject head across three primary schools for 18 years. She has authored articles for seminars on teaching and learning, as well as international online conferences.

Mrs Arulmathi Lenin works as a Senior Specialist at the Singapore Ministry of Education. She has 15 years of experience in the education sector. She has contributed articles to the World Tamil Teachers' Conference and the Tamil Internet Conference. She has a keen interest in Tamil grammar and literature.

Schools have introduced structured reading programmes to boost reading engagement. This session explains these programmes, highlights their benefits, and demonstrates how parents can effectively support and complement school initiatives at home.
