讲者介绍

王娟老师拥有20多年的华文教学经验。她曾荣获新加坡国庆日表扬奖章、专业发展奖及全国模范华文老师奖。目前，她是新加坡教育部华文特级教师，主要负责推动小学及学前华文教师的专业发展。

王佩芬老师拥有15年的华文教学经验。她曾荣获创新奖嘉奖。她曾任教育部课程规划员，负责教材编写及学前课程框架的修订工作。目前，她在义顺小学担任高级教师。

亓小静老师拥有20多年的学前华文教学经验，目前是教育部幼儿园（勇毅）的高级华文教师，持续致力于学前华文教育的发展与实践。

藍俊傑老师拥有超过10年华文教学经验，曾荣获全国杰出华文教师奖。他曾担任华文主导教师，目前在新加坡教育部课程规划与发展司任职，主要负责小学及学前华文课程的开发与编写工作。

Profile

Mdm Wang Juan has over 20 years of experience in Chinese Language education. She is a recipient of the National Day Commendation Medal, Academy Awards for Professional Development, and the Inspiring Chinese Language Teachers Award. She currently serves as a Master Teacher with the Ministry of Education, where she supports the professional development of primary and preschool CL teachers.

Mdm Wong Pei Fen has 15 years of experience in Chinese Language education. She is a recipient of the Innergy Award. She previously served as a Curriculum Planning Officer at MOE HQ, focusing on curriculum review and the design of instructional materials. She is currently a Senior Teacher at Yishun Primary School.

Mdm Qi Xiaojing has more than 20 years of experience in preschool education. She is currently a Senior Teacher (Chinese Language) at MOE Kindergarten @ Valour Primary School, where she continues to support the development of early childhood Chinese Language education.

Mr James Lam has over 10 years of experience in CL education. He is a recipient of the Distinguished Chinese Language Teachers Award. He previously served as a Lead Teacher (Chinese Language) and is currently with the Curriculum Planning and Development Division (CPDD) of the Ministry of Education, where he supports primary and preschool Chinese Language curriculum development.

内容简介

在幼小衔接过程中，如何帮助孩子建立稳固的母语学习基础，是家长与教育工作者共同关注的核心议题。孩子在自我管理、专注力、工作记忆及社交互动等执行功能（Executive Function）上的发展，不仅影响其适应小学生活的能力，也直接关系到母语听说读写技能的学习成效。

本分享会将以本地学前与小学母语课堂的衔接案例为起点，探讨如何通过具针对性的活动与游戏培养执行功能，提升儿童在母语学习中的专注力、理解力与表达能力。工作坊将结合生活化语言情境，示范如何在家庭与课堂中营造结构化与游戏化并重的母语学习环境，使语言学习自然融入孩子的日常。

参与者将亲身体验与执行功能相关的母语学习游戏，共同探索在不同学习场景中促进幼小衔接及母语能力全面发展的有效策略。

Synopsis

This sharing session explores how executive function (EF) development can support children in the preschool-primary transition and strengthen their mother tongue learning. Focusing on skills such as self-regulation, attention, working memory, and social interaction, it examines their impact on children’s listening, speaking, reading, and writing development. Drawing on local classroom practices, the workshop demonstrates how targeted, play-based activities can enhance children’s focus, comprehension, and expression.

Participants will engage in hands-on, EF-based language games and explore practical strategies for integrating structured and meaningful language learning experiences across both home and classroom contexts.
